We booked Trigg Food for our wedding in September 2024, and it was one of the best decisions we ever made. Emma and Billy were extremely professional and accommodating to our needs. We had a full veggie wedding breakfast and what they produced had even the most avid of meat eaters raving. The canapes and evening food were also delicious and not your standard, very creative and extremely tasty.

The service they offered was exceptional and they worked with us to produce exactly what we wanted. The presentation of the food and organisation on the day was also top notch.

We couldn't have been happier with Trigg Food. We just wish we had another event to use them again.

Trigg catered my daughters wedding - dinner and brunch for 150 people in a challenging rural farm location. Emma and Billy are an excellent team as chef and organiser. Nothing was too much trouble and they carried off a tricky service with a calm and good humour that meant we were all really relaxed. The food was superb and every request in the build up was made possible. I couldn't them recommend more highly.

We had Trigg food do the catering for our wedding, they were amazing!
They provided grazing tables, Caribbean street food and loaded fried. They worked tirelessly the whole day. Every single one of our guests said how great the food was. The whole team were so friendly and they made sure every aspect went smoothly.
They were a pleasure to communicate with on the lead up to the wedding, they really went out of their way to ensure we got everything we wanted within our budget. We just couldn’t have asked for a better service from these guys. Would use them again for any future event catering in a heartbeat.

Amazingly good roast at The Harp in Glasbury. Everyone's was delicious and the rhubarb Eton mess for pudding was so good. Emma was a delight to organise our meal with and service was fab. Will be booking again when they next pop up!

We had an early evening kebab, I don't think it's supposed to be cold, I also found very little meet and too much salad, portion size was good. But it's not cheap....by a long way

Delicious jerk chicken, rice & peas from Trigg food in Hay last night. Chicken was moist & beautifully flavoured, just right for sustenance on a chilly night waiting for the Xmas lights to go on ! Thank you Billy 😊
