Her manner and tone was always bright and breezy, but she had a way of communicating information that was clear, succinct and honest. When we had questions or concerns, she listened and confirmed these, before relaying these accurately to others, going one step further by chasing outstanding queries without being prompted.

Dealings with conveyancers in the past has been a frustrating experience, primarily because we were not able to speak with someone directly. This was not the case here as she made herself very accessible to us: it was rare for her to not answer the phone, but she would always return our calls quickly if this was the case.

Overall, a great, professional service taking much of the stress out of the house moving experience. We will not hesitate to use Olivia again and have since recommended her to other family members. She is outstandingly efficient, quite remarkable and an absolute pleasure to work with.
