Great company, very efficient. They have looked after us well through lockdown, sometimes make silly mistakes like putting on coriander instead of mint but they are only human and deal with a lot of order every night while the rest of us are asleep in bed.

I have not bought anything from this company but have had first hand experience of their lack of care when it comes to addressing their drivers reversing into my vehicle. The first time we let this slide as it was a genuine accident and the driver was honest and told us what had happened. The second time only a week later the same driver reversed into our car again causing damage to the front bumper, this time we requested that they repair the damage. That was over 6 months ago and after repeated attempts to find a resolution via their insurance which they have supposedly contacted but have never been in touch with myself. I for one will never use or recommend this company.
