I’ve used these guys a few times in the past few years and have always been really impressed by their customer service and products.
However, today I was absolutely blown away by the fantastic customer service of Dawn, not only was she very helpful in telling me the correct product for what I want to do, but whereas I thought I would need 1 x Dumpy bag of topsoil, she actually worked it out for me and gave me a saving of nearly £60 by telling me to have small individual bags. How many companies nowadays would do that for a customer?
Absolutely fantastic service and I highly recommend. More businesses out there could learn a hell of a lot from this…. ‘Customer Care Before Profit, Playing The Long Game Means I’ll Return Time And Time Again’!!!!
