We had an issue with upvc doors and locks in a property we had just moved into. Tommy was able to come around next day and resolve all the issues that day to a very high standard. I have previously had Tommy out and he did an amazing job, efficient and as specified in fixing several windows. So when a window was damaged in my sons bedroom by storm Eowyn I knew he could be relied upon to get it sorted.
Tommy came out on the Monday as agreed and within the timeframe. I had sent him a video of the damage so he knew exactly what was required and could get it done that day. Everything was fixed to his usual high standard and it was such a relief to be able to secure the window properly again. As always we are very grateful to Tommy for the brilliant service we received and would happily recommend him over and over again!
