I have dealt with James at Tomatin Firewood for over 8 years as a supplier too them of firewood in its unprocessed form. He has always been a good customer and I have never had any problems in any regard (communication, payment etc.).
I will continue to do business with them going forward and hope to keep up a positive business relationship with a quality local business.
I have seen his end product and would happy buy from him if I lived more local to him and have recommended him to people I know locally thought the years.

Completely ignored my request for delivery at a time I cld pay, giving me a date 4 days before and when I said not possible James got aggressive with me also offering me debt advice which I didn't want or need im a lone disabled woman on long term disability benefits ive learnt to manage as long as I kept him updated usually fine but when I didn't agree on delivery date the rant at me unessecary and upsetting..if I needed debt advice I'd go to CAB I appreciate times are hard but losing a customer who always paid isn't the way to go chill out pal your letting yourself down. I won't be back I dont need the stress its not my fault after all if he'd listened to me and booked delivery for date I asked he wldnt be now a customer down. And his response? Doesn't give you the right
to abuse me u were happy to take my order on a Sun then complain I msg on a Sat mayb u shld make it clear wen u actually take orders. Thanks for apologising not!

Over the last year Tomatin Firewood have supplied my wood pellets. I use Woodlets pellets and find these to work best with my boiler as they burn really well and create little ash in comparison to other makes.

James the owner of the company is always very accommodating with regards delivery. I get the pellets delivered two tonnes at a time and James wheels the pallets into my garage from his trailer.

I now have Tomatin Firewood as a payee on my digital banking and as such the payment process is very easy with a receipt with BSL number received promptly.

I find Tomatin Firewood's pricing to be competitive and along with the great service I'll continue to use them as long as this remains to be the case.
