A farmers auction market had a canteen providing hot meals, hot drinks and desserts. I enjoyed the canteen. In Thirsk itself they have free range meat sold by local butchers. I want to support farmers who support animal welfare adopting free range.

This is good venue for dog show as there is plenty of pens for sheep which can be used for your dogs when attending dog show. Ring are big so plenty of space. Unfortunately walking around is bit difficult due to limited amount of space but that's what you would expect anyway. Easy to find but be rather early as there is limited parking.

Had a breakfast in the cafe, it's not often I'm full after a "Full English" but I can happily say their large breakfast did the job, I will definitely be returning here. Plus the girls serving were very happy, chatty and friendly.

Big barn of a place. Went to see the start of a classic car rally and found a dog show in progress, some very beautiful animals and some really big tractors in the farm machinery shop next door. Returned later to see most of the cars return. Canteen / restuarant served some really nice homemade style food. All in all, a great visit.

It's what ut says on the tin. Great value breakfast for those with a healthy appetite. On market days odour form selling area is typical farming. Not for townies how do not like country side smells. Great wholesome food served fresh all day.

Great place great cafe. Went for art in the pen, wonderful idea if not slightly smelly. Great artists and art work. Cafe is great caters for all tastes lovely cakes coffee and tea breakfasts are huge cakes look great and service is pretty good.
