Bought a gift pack of jams as a gift. Unfortunately 1 pot came unsealed with mould on (I know this happens occasionally) got in touch with them to inform them and their communication was second to none!! Lovely customer service and they sent out a replacement FULL size jar which I was not expecting!! Will definitely be using this company again!!

I placed my first order on Friday and it arrived safely on Monday. Having seen the company on james martin show I came across some products at House of Bruar. I was not disappointed. The honey and lemon Marmalade is delicious. It would be nice to have stockist nearer me but I certainly don't mind buying directly from the company. I'm now looking forward to sampling my other purchases

My son bought me some Grapefruit & Lime marmalade as a gift. It was so good, I have just received the order I placed earlier this week inc some jams and curds. They will be on the breakfast table tomorrow. Great service - Thank you

Great customer service! I ordered some jars of preserves for gifts and when the box arrived there was a note to say the smaller jars were out of stock, but they had sent me the next size up at no extra cost. What a wonderful surprise! I would highly recommend them!
