Can't thank you guys at Weston Biltong enough, I have managed at last to find Biltong just like you get in South Africa. It's easy to see that your time spent in South Africa was well spent learning how to make Biltong the proper way.

Not only that, my simple request on my order to have certain gift items packaged separately was executed to perfection. Each gift set was immaculately presented and the recipients were equally impressed not just with the presentation but with the flavour and texture of the biltong.

Your customer service is absolutely second to none and have yet to find another company that comes close to your reputation of excellence.

Any South African looking for proper Biltong, look no further, if you have any special requests, just make sure you contact them and they will deliver just what you're looking for.

Totally disappointed after ordering 4 individual 1 kg boxes as advertised as gift hamper ideas, was intending to wrap as Xmas gifts, everything arrived in 1 unmarked box , all excluding the fancy advertising, on complaint was told by owner if not happy simply return and was stated on website fancy box not included. Not happy furthermore on tasting maple flavoured biltong no maple present in fact hardly any flavour apart from a sharp pre rancid flavour of a biltong over ripened and about to turn with a lack of appropriate spice and preserves. Also the look of disappointment on the faces of the recipients of the gift it looks good on the outside but as they say proof is in the taste and unfortunately this fails. The owner expressed a lack of empathy was arrogant dismissive and defensive and has a lack of qualifications being a Brummy and not a true South African, he said he lived in Vanderbyl Park for a time like this qualifies him but I’m afraid his product speaks for itself a waste of time and money stick with a reputable or passionate supplier not someone who has simply adopted a trend and exploites our tastes .

Best biltong we have ever eaten. I'm from the USA so jerky and biltong is a huge treat in our family. We bought 3 1kg bags and they didn't last a week. Melts in your mouth full of flavour. Will be back for more. Keep up the good work 👏

Ordered three times. Prompt delivery. Third delivery was of 4x250g bags had an issue. One mouldy/rancid smelling bag. Suspect the desiccant pack had been missed from the bag. No response to my issue, or request for refund.

Since posting this review Weston got in touch and resolved. Many thanks Weston Biltong. I’ll be ordering again for sure.

The lady was really friendly. The boerewors was lekker. I also bought a magic bag from the Good to Go app and was pleasantly surprised with all the goodies inside. Will definitely be back

We stayed in by the window all day Friday for Royal Mail. They say no one was there and will deliver next working day. 4 of us were there by the door. We are an apartment block and we waited all day Friday for the delivery. Please advise what happened. Thanks.

I had an issue with my original order - they sent me the small packs instead of the big ones (5x 35g packs arrived instead of 5x 250g packs). I messaged them to let them know about the mistake, and the owner called me back on the same day to apologise, and he shipped me the larger packs which arrived a couple days later. So, overall I got 5x small packs for free, and had a very good experience with the customer service. I'm glad that they are so responsive and care about their customers' satisfaction. The delivery overall was very fast (I have had to wait up to a month to recieve orders from other, similar companies).

As for the biltong itself, I normally go for the fattiest biltong I can find because I like it as tender as possible, but while these packs are more lean, they are so incredibly tender, juicy, and flavoursome. The flavoured bags really pack a punch, and the biltong is not too salty either which I love. This is honeslty some of the best biltong I have ever had. Also, it is very good value for money when compared to other products on the market, considering the quality.

I can tell they really take pride in their biltong, and I highly recommend this company to anyone who wants high quality, delicious, and authentic biltong. They also have a great selection of South African products which I love, and will be exploring in the future for sure.

I'm very happy with my purchase, and will be buying from the Weston Biltong Company again!
