I ordered item on 11th Dec. That was for someone's birthday present.(19th Dec) Even if it was sent it with 2nd royal mail, I was expecting to be delivered around 19th and 20th. However, they only dispatched the item on 18th. Therefore, it didn't arrived on 19th or 20th. As I didn't want to pay extra postage, I ordered earlier. I know royal mail will be busy before Christmas time. They should have shipped the item asap. I don't know why they left it one week without shipping. Quite disappointed about this slow shipping service. When they sell Japanese products, why don't they go along like Japanese quick customer service? Shouldn't I expect quick service at all?

I ordered 3 of the large wasabi plants late on a Wednesday and they arrived perfectly packaged, in pristine condition, early on the Friday. Absolutely delighted with both the service and the plants and can't wait to get them in the ground.

Ordered a Japanese Matcha Set. It came and the equipment was excellent, but the matcha powder packet had a small cut in it. Wasabi Company promptly sent a new bag of matcha which arrived the next day. I would highly recommend, great service and great quality of products.

Be warned anyone living in Scotland. I was told the delivery charge for my order (value £36.00) would be £33.49) because I lived in a remote area. I in fact live in the Central Belt, 40 mins from Glasgow, 30 mins from Stirling and an hour from Edinburgh. I don’t think this in anyway counts as remote. I have suggested they change their carrier and until they do I won’t be ordering from them.

I ordered a bunch of plants for Christmas and they made for the perfect gifts! They arrived fresh, delicious, and on time. If you haven't tasted fresh wasabi, you're missing out...freshly grated, it enhances so many foods other than sushi as well. I'm addicted!
