Wow, what a stylish and quality gin trailer that made our party. Everyone loved it and the cocktails were out of this world. My vote goes for the Bramble but my husband liked them all!!! There is no other gin bar trailer like this in Surrey and we will have them back. So friendly and professional, while flexible around the bookings, timing and set-up, always with a personal touch. We recently hired The Village Spirit Collective’s mobile gin bar for a garden party, and I cannot recommend enough! Ian was just brilliant! The bar itself looks great and is setup professionally with a wonderful selection, which has really been thought about to ensure a personal but speedy service. The gin itself is delicious, some of our guests who claim not to like gin were converted. Ian was knowledgeable and happy to let guests taste his gin and talk them through it, which really made a visit feel more like an experience rather than just a quick trip to the bar. We were a group of 6 visiting Ian for the Distillery tour and Ginfluencer experience. We had a fab time learning about the process and of course enjoying the Gin. Part of the afternoon was spent experimenting with our own concoctions from the variety of infusions and ingredients which was great fun. Ian is a great host and extremely knowledgeable about all things Gin. Highly recommended.

I was given Ginfluencer as a gift and can I say it was one of the best experiences I’ve done. My friend and I had so much fun experimenting with different botanical ingredients to make up our own gin recipe and Ian is the perfect host. Two of us went for the "ginfluencer experience". We weren't sure what to expect, but Ian was friendly, entertaining and knowledgeable. We learnt a lot about gin, the processes by which it's made, and the different botanicals that are used to give different gins their different flavours. Many samples of different gins and spirits were included in the experience, and we had a fantastic afternoon. Highly recommended!

First came across The Village Spirit Collective and Ian at the Petworth Christmas market and we were so impressed that we decided to book a “Ginfluencer” experience with him as a birthday treat. Upon arrival we were greeted by Ian with a large G & T to get us in the mood, then an explanation of botanicals and the process of distilling gin. After a very thorough tasting session of all the botanicals and a fun interactive way to understand how they work and go together we had a go at blending our favourites to create a personalised gin. What a great way to spend a few hours! Lots of fun and really interesting, would highly recommend. Thanks Ian.
