Used one of their machines on a uni campus, and the product didn't drop, asked uni staff and was told that they can't do anything and to call but was warned that they wouldn't do anything to help

we have been with Upton for several years now, staff are always friendly and helpful, when we have had issues with the machines, they have usually been repaired the same day, prompt and efficient service. i would highly recommend them

We brought a first class push button coffee machine on finance for 5 years we have spent to date £6117.72 and have a year to go so it probably it will be more like 8k. What I do mind about is that the repair costs have come to £3830 so the machine has cost a small independent business nearly £11000.
If I was you, stick to a used machine as all the parts are properly new but you will pay half the price.

We switched our vending machine supplier to The Upton Group after having issues with our previous supplier, I found the rep, Sam, was extremely helpful, he listened to our needs/issues and came back to me with a strong proposal to which we agreed to. One of the things that has stood out is that he is always contactable and any issues we have had have been dealt with quickly and efficiently.
