Discovered this lovely eatery on our 1st visit to Attleborough. We recieved a warm welcome and made our choice from a lovely selection of savoury and sweet treats.
I had perfectly cooked, tasty poached eggs on toast and my friend had a well filled tuna and cheese sandwich which came with crisps and salad. Complete with pots of proper leaf tea!! All was delicious.
Displayed cakes looked so good we popped back later to try them and sample a milkshake and iced coffee, again delicious. Took some cakes home too!!

What can I say everything was perfect from booking afternoon tea over the phone to being greeted on arrival, service, food, staff. Cleanliness we will definitely be returning. We had so much to eat we had to bring a couple of sandwiches and couple of cakes home. Thank you to the tea retreat for my husband’s birthday.

My sister'diamond wedding anniversary, so it was family and friends only, the tearoom was closed to the public for the afternoon. Situated in a street, there is parking about 5 minutes walk. Lovely greeting on arrival, very pleasant staff. This is a call worth making. The service was very good (there was a crowd) choice of tea, coffee , juices and cold drinks. They have very large scones, plain and cheese. And the sandwiches are many and varied, and well filled. A lovely variety of cakes is also available. We had a lovely afternoon.

The raspberry and coconut cake was absolutely delicious, a perfect desert for cake lovers. They are using the best quality of ingredients and a large selection of cakes, drinks, breakfast and afternoon tea. Extremely welcoming staff, excellent service. Definitely recommend it!
