I always used their products in our holiday let and guests absolutely love them! Check out the 2 litres of hair and body wash! The best shampoo ever!!! Having sold the business we continue to use many of the products in our family’s homes. The quality is outstanding, and the fragrances are gorgeous and long lasting. I buy directly from the factory shop in Larbert which has a wonderful selection of various products at EXTREMELY low prices. I even had to reach for my specs as I thought I was seeing things! The shop was busy today with customers buying Christmas gifts. Did notice too that the branded soap powder was so much cheaper than anywhere else and I’ll definitely be coming back for some on my next stockpiling trip. I bought a huge carton of clingfilm too which so much cheaper than the cash and carry’s. Fabulous shop and well worth my ‘bit of a distance’ to drive! Lovely helpful and friendly staff too! Definitely worth a visit if like me you like to watch your pennies and love quality products. ❤️🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Wow I'm impressed. First order for soaps for my self catering cottage. Product arrived all wrapped perfectly. All wrapping/packaging eco friendly and some lovely freebies too! Wish I had started using these guys earlier. Had been using someone else but I won't be going back there now.

Popped in this afternoon to have a look around. Great products at unbelievable prices. Nice gift sets for Christmas. Would recommend this factory shop for value for money. Pleasant staff too.

Bargains galore! I buy birthday, Christmas and thank you gifts from here. My bathroom is full of their products and I even take their pump soaps and hand cream into work for my colleagues to use. They always comment on the rich texture of the soap and how gorgeous their products smell. Love their stuff!!

Been going here for years, since way before they moved to the new premises. The stock is limited now and the prices are not the bargains they used to be. It's a shame. There's very little choice and they don't do the soap I always bought loads of! Staff are lovely though, and I will keep going there regardless.

Love the products especially a discounted product called coconut and lime the smell is amazing and I always get compliments asking what I'm wearing I layer by using shower gel then body lotion.
I visited on friday after seeing online they were doing a black friday sale, when I asked the assistant about this she snapped at me saying she knew nothing about this , I politely asked could she find out , I could tell she wasn't happy she tried to phone someone but told me she couldn't get a hold of anyone so no discount .
She was moaning to other assistant about not having her break and the gentleman in front of me asked about NHS discount she was so abrupt , working for NHS myself I told the gentleman I was afraid to ask due to her unfriendly manner.
Cant fault products everything is lovely , great wee shop just a shame staff cant be more helpful and polite

I'm delighted with my soaps I have received as gifts. The lemon verbena is so uplifting the smell is unique I would recommend to anyone your products are fabulous and made right here in Scotland 🙂 thank you very much
