Did anyone from regenda have the manners to reply, no. Previous to this they continued to.send staff round while I was out at work, and they have been informed god knows how many times, they wont get access till after 4pm.again no.respnse,go back.to.work 6th march 2025 after my recovery, getvhome 20th march only to find yet another little threatening letter, I have done nothing wrong here , the blame is with the shambolic staff at regenda yet again, and regenda are demanding that I contact them , absolute laughable set up, from day one regenda have been absolute disaster.

Stay well away, extremely narcissistic and bigoted housing liason officer. Never in all my year's in social housing have I seen anything quite like it, bullying vulnerable tenants and the elderly over ridiculous matters just to get a promotion and look good shameful!

I'm not a tenant but the people I've spoken with have all been very pleasant. Only "complaints" I have is 1. I don't think you should send letters out to say that people are being considered for a property and that when you will get a call 5 days from date stated on the letter, it gives people false hope, be better just to call the people you're going to give a viewing to and 2. Make sure properties are advertised properly as its upsetting when you do get a call to say about a viewing and then get told oh no advert shouldn't have stated pets accepted (reason I'd applied for that particular property) as they're not allowed.

UPDATE - I emailed as requested, was told in an automatic email I'd get a response in 2 days, still waiting!!!!

Ignorant and unhelpful dosen't cover it. Everything they're asked to do is done with resentment, and the tenant is seen as a nuisance for asking them to fulfil their responsibilities.
The tenant is just an obstacle in the way of their pursuit of profits.
Just read the reviews! Include the ones obviously written by staff, and their all answered exactly the same, "sorry to hear you feel this way, please call this number".
Maybe they should consider how many phone calls and pleas for help was made by someone before they felt pushed to leaving a review like this.

In general not a bad landlord/company, but let themselves down time and time again by making bad choices regarding contractors. Getting repairs done properly is a nightmare sometimes, usually takes 2 or 3 call outs to get something right, things often have to be escalated.

Been with Regenda for 18 years and only stayed to be close to family.
They've swapped the walkabout, (a chance to meet and talk with housing officers about any issues), for spot checks preceded with a letter saying my garden is untidy.
Repairs almost always end up with a recall.
I've had my locks repaired on my front door 3 times yet when I ask for a new door I'm told I'm not due one until 2026, yet every other resident are sporting brand spanking new doors!
Asked them to trim my tree as the branches were hanging down onto the main road and quite hazardous. It took them 3 years before they came out did it and then they broke my fence in the process!
So if you like repair men, made to feel unworthy and a constant gardener then I recommend Regenda.

This is a terrible company! this block where I live is a very old building wiht lots of age related issue.Regenda must have spend money for these blocks. But they don't. Just collecting money. They have responsibilites, but they don't seem to care.I am working, and very difficult and very expensive for me to take out holiday every time when i need a repair, and I need a lot's of repair as the apartman is a mess, old, wet, old, simple glased windows. This is the 21st century!!!
This is an update at 2021:
Nothing has changed over the last 2 years.
Their attitude hasn't changed!
I approached the company in June 2021 for permission to renovate my terrible kitchen at my own expense. This is the end of August, still, they weren’t able to make a decision:(
The kitchen has got several issues I have reported many times.
They didn't repair it and didn't agree me to make changes:(
Still a terrible company

After being a regenda tenant for 4 years, me & my husband decided to buy our house from them. It took nearly a year for the sale to go through as regenda was slow at everything. 1 year after we bought our house we decided to sell so have to pay regenda some discount back, myself & solicitor have been trying to get a redemeption letter with the amount payable to regenda for over 2 months!! Nearly everytime i ring there is noone to answer my questions so i get told i will get a call back!! I NEVER do. My solicitor managed to get hold of someone to be told now after 2 months of trying that they havent recieved anything from my solicitor so now we are having to wait for regenda yet again!!!! Cut a long story short. Stay clear of them they are slow, not bothered about anyone.
Also we live next to a council tenant who doesnt keep their garden maintained, there are nettles, prickly vines over growning into my garden which i have to cut back every week. I have complained about it on several occasions. One lady came out to tell them to keep it maintained & its still exactly the same!!!
