I have used The Refill Jar for a couple of years now and they continue to give an excellent service. Always prompt free delivery on a Monday when you spend over £60 which is easliy done. Thank you to all the staff.

This is a lovely shop but the staff are honestly miserable and the atmosphere is so sullen. The girls usually serving usually mumble at you and even the older staff just seem to look you up and down when you walk in with no greeting. Never seen a staff member smile. I wouldn't leave a review were this a one off; it's every time.

I went today to the store to get some cleaning supplies and the staff were really helpful. Also ended up getting some glycerine and some freeze dried strawberries. There is so much choice in products and the new store is roomy and has a lot of different products. I recommend chatting to the staff for best advice

So grateful to have the Refill Jar in Beverley. My plastic use has been drastically cut as I refill everything I possibly can there! There's a really wide range of goods and I'm often tempted to try a new ingredient I've never used before. A really excellent shop!
