We really enjoyed our visit. The staff was super friendly and polite. Very dog friendly. The food was very good. Don't skip dessert! The pistachio souffle was special. Very lovely space too

First dining experience here but heard so many good reviews, mostly from my parents who visit frequently. It didn't disappoint and delicious food. Exceptional, warm welcome and friendly service. Very knowledgeable on the wines with the menu. Already booked in for another visit. Very good wine, cocktail, beer selections. Recommended. Thank you

Lovely atmosphere, have been there for food and drinks a number of times. Service is always fast and friendly, and food was delicious. Server was able to recommend a nice option for the wine that would go well with the steak we were having. Would definitely recommend. Outdoor seating available as well.

Our first visit to this restaurant and really enjoyed it. A lovely sunny evening so we ate in the beer garden. The food and wine were excellent and great service from our waiter Jason. We will definitely visit again.

We went to the red deer to celebrate our son‘s birthday. The server asked if we were at the restaurant celebrating anything and we said that it was our son‘s birthday after we ordered some drinks she brought her son a glass of Prosecco to wish him a happy birthday on theHouse, Later on when we ordered desserts they brought the desert out and had written happy birthday using dark chocolate, which we all thought was a wonderful touch.

Lovely pub - it’s a lot bigger than you think! Super spacious and friendly staff. Delicious food and quite a nice variety. The Devon crab was beautifully presented, it was refreshing and creamy! The grilled prawn was served on an appetising black rice. The desserts were to die for - the pistachio soufflé was light and airy and the rhubarb and citrus crumble was nicely balanced between the sweet and sour!
