Oh my god what a wonderful find! Been there yesterday and back again today for more. I can’t quite explain it, but the layout is just perfect. Whenever I go to other garden centres I find it impossible to choose things and end up leaving.

Amazing prices, super helpful and friendly team. Such a nice vibe there.

I wish I had a bigger garden to get even more plants.

Got beautiful hydrangeas, clematis, bottle brushes, thyme (smells amazing), salvias, lupine and other border plants.

Absolutely disgusting behaviour from the so called manager here. I have a 2 year old and 4 year old who were walking around with a plastic watering can, as toddlers naturally they don't stand still and they happened to walk over to a ornament were gently pretending to 'fix it' with their watering can. She came running over and screaming at the kids 'NO NO NO STOP STOP STOP THIS STOP STOP' in a loud and aggressive manner to children. I appreciate that toddlers aren't always perfect and we were stood there, she could of come over and said to me or my wife what the issue was instead of screaming at toddlers who were left crying for about 20 minutes after the incident.

I informed her this is not the way to deal with these issues and she cold of told me the issue and she goes on to tell me 'why don't your parent your children properly then' and said this numerous times. I don't know how she thinks this is acceptable as apparently toddlers are meant to be perfect all the time!

I also informed her that I read the sign which says 'any damages must be paid' so there was no need for her behaviour and she then goes onto say 'yes and I bet you that you'd be straight out the door once made any damage'.

Highly unnecessary behaviour from her and don't know how she's lasted in business.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

As a local resident who's family use this garden centre I will be informing them of this and they will definitely be losing customers.

If the person who raised their voice at my children is reading this, a word of advice; talk in a calm manner to people, don't scream at children and don't tell people to parent their children properly...

AVOID AT ALL COSTS EVEN IF THEY ARE A BIT CHEAPER, I WOULD RATHER SPEND MY MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Lovely quality, reasonably priced plants and friendly and helpful staff. What more could you want!? Have only just discovered the nursery via my sister in law who is a regular visitor. I'll happily be revisiting and recommending to friends and family.

Drove all the way here to find big signs in the car park saying they don’t allow dogs. I’ve NEVER been to a garden centre which wasn’t dog friendly and as I had my best little 4 legged friend in the car with me, I had to leave. Shame.
