Excellent service from here. I purchased a tall palm for indoors. It was due for shipping when the bad weather hit so they contacted me to inform of a delay as the sever weather would damage the plant. It shipped a couple of days later and looks excellent in the living room. Well packaged and healthy. It was also the best price for the same sized plant anywhere else. thank you. Will use again.

Ordered a Dicksonia antarctica as a gift for my partner. It has arrived quickly and very well packaged. The plant looks healthy and well cared for. Plenty of healthy fronds waiting to unfurl. The size is as advertised.

On our way to Ham House and Gardens and saw this place.
Went in and totally amazed and the wide variety of palms and other plants was superb.
Talked to one of the staff and they were so helpful and nice.
So we will be back with the car on a shopping expedition as there are some really outstanding plants here and if you are in the area make a point of dropping in. It seems from the other reviewers their shipping and delivery service is excellent too.
Really good place to go and shop, and looking forwards to getting back there soon.

I ordered the banyan tree.
Healthy beautiful and as per the online description.
I needed it for a lesser known indian hindu festival called vat savitri where the banyan tree is worshipped (no wonder it is India's national tree and has great spiritual significance)
In India you would normally find a banyan tree nearby ,and I was low key panicking but the palm centre delivered it in time,in good healthy condition .
I am definitely going to order some other things for my garden.

Absolutely amazing. Ordered online, sadly the palm i wanted wasn't up to scratch for them to send out, they personally called me to inform me of this, so they sent an alternative. didn't know what i was going to receive but trusted their judgment but ended up receiving the correct plant just twice the size i was expecting in fantastic condition. not the first time ive ordered from them and certainly will not be my last. 100/10 for customer service. cannot praise them enough. quick delivery in great packaging knowing my order will be safe through transit.

I would give them 0 stars if this was an option. I paid a lot of money for 4 phillyrea plants that were supposed to be 1.2m high, with over £50 in shipping costs. On arrival, things looked fine, but I didn’t realise that phillyrea leaves take a long time to show they are dead, and don’t fall off even when they are fully brown. One must have arrived completely dead because it never recovered from its compacted shape from the packaging. Two others have now shown that major parts of them are in fact dead; one will survive if we cut it down to be much shorter, but the four were supposed to be a matching set around a courtyard. One needs several branches cut off but will survive. Only one is vaguely healthy, and even it has damage. Phillyrea is a tough-as-old-boots plant often seen along roads in Europe so they must have endured extreme stress to end up in this state. The roots were so pot-bound there was almost no soil between them.

In the photo, the top left is the fully dead one, and the top right is the one with most dead branches. Only bottom left is fully healthy.

I can’t get The Palm Centre to respond to my requests for refund, and we are now more than 30 days since the plants arrived. Really poor plants and even worse customer service. Don’t buy from here!!

Wow! The Palm Centre are the best!!! Well priced, great delivery and great palms! The staff are really super, knowledgeable and helpful. I ordered 10 small palms for my exposed terrace along the Thames many years ago and they lasted really well without any care from tenants and even through the snow! I have just ordered more. The palms are all perfect and I'm delighted.
