Having been in business 28 years i have never experienced such bad customer service within an admin office such as this. am currently still awaiting requested paid invoice receipts from a terminal, from 3 weeks ago. Received after 4 weeks and unfortunately, not legible as ink all ran ) I did send the owner an email requesting for her to contact me regarding a resolve to the admin problem... but unfortunately im still waiting for the call. (A lady I have known and helped over the years with various bad debtors) i would not recommend as one hand does not know what the other one is doing. Very bad business, especially when you try to raise the issue professionally and they take it personally and without resolve. No clue.
