We have been receiving a weekly veg box from Organic Pantry for around 6 months now and I would highly recommend them. The vegetables are fantastic quality, taste delicious and customer service is excellent. Staff always reply promptly to email messages and it's really easy to organise substitutions or suspend deliveries if needed. Delivery drivers are friendly and helpful and instructions for where to leave our box are always followed. We've had all sorts of fantastic organic vegetables which we would not have been able to source locally and it's great that everything arrives without tonnes of unneccesary packaging.

We have now received a few boxes from the Organic Pantry and really love them! The veggies and fruits are always great and their costumer service is exceptional, they always reply promptly, are always helpful and friendly, and are very flexible in case we need to make any changes. We also get a regular order of eggs and milk. I'm looking forward to visiting them one day and finally meeting them in person!

We've already ordered a fair few times with the Pantry and will continue to do so. No matter whether you order your fruit and veg or go for meat and dairy or other products, we found the quality to be outstanding, well worth the money.

Customer service is also among the best we've seen yet; we've had a few orders where we received the wrong stuff, and when we phoned they were very friendly and apologetic and resolved the issue in a satisfying manner. Very reliable.

I wouldn't have given any stars! Disgusting treatment of customers; profit comes first! Firstly, the website does not give information regarding which postcodes they deliver to, or not, took my order and took payment instantly. Then I received an email from Joyce McLean saying they do not deliver to my postcode and would issue a refund. After waiting more than several days, I simply enquired as to why the refund had not yet been made to my account. Joyce McLean was sarcastic, only reply "YOUR WELCOME"! Then over the phone, rude and told me I would have to wait until next week to be issued a refund! It is now just two weeks to Christmas! Next week I have to be already prepared to cater for family including grandchildren! Appalling treatment, especially so close to Christmas. Disgusting behavior, and by all accounts, a first for any fresh food delivery service!!!

My business partner and I have been receiving our weekly large veg box every Thursday for the past few months & cant sing the Organic Pantry’s praises enough.
The box is delivered as requested, without fail each Thursday morning & between two of us it is almost too much to get through each week. Compared with other more famous organic veg delivery services the Organic pantry is so much better & the fact that it is a local Yorkshire farm means so much to us.
With the large veg box you can email ahead & swap three of the weeks items once you receive your weekly email to tell you what is going into the box. Each week comes with recipes & a little blog on the delivery note which is a lovely touch. Finally, they have a website with all of their other farm shop stock & loose veg which can be added to your routine delivery each week. Great work guys & a great personal service, thank you!

I chose The Organic Pantry because they’re local to me in York and I had the chance to visit one of their open days. Everyone I met was lovely and incredibly informative, and since I’ve been ordering the boxes I’ve found communication prompt and friendly whenever I have questions or hiccups. The produce is gorgeous and it’s really helpful to see an estimate of what’s in the boxes before you order each week so you can choose the right box for whatever you’ve got coming up. I’m always happy with the value and it’s so convenient to be able to order pantry staples too!

We are very happy with our weekly fruit & veg box from The Organic Pantry. The box is always well filled with loads of fresh vegetables and fruit. We also get a box of eggs, which are great. Everything is very tasty and fresh. Highly recommended!
