Stopped here on our way to Seven Sisters for a Saturday walk.
Very impressed! Lovely place, extensive menu, excellent food, great staff and lovely plants and shop. Wished we lived nearer to come more often!

Lovely cafe with great atmosphere. The staff were super helpful and friendly and the cakes divine - I enjoyed the courgette and lemon curd cake. The outdoor seating is quirky and fun. The car park can be a bit tricky- park on the roadside spots or make sure you reverse into a space! We’ll be back again for sure!

We had a fantastic time at The Old Orchard Nursery!

The space feels super homely and warm, all of the staff were attentive and friendly. I had the ‘Percy thrower’ full English breakfast, with added hash browns, whilst my partner had American style pancakes with crispy bacon. Both meals were piping hot when brought to us, and were absolutely delicious.

The food is very good value (under £10 each excluding drinks), and the meat is sourced from very local suppliers.

There is plenty of parking and seating so we didn’t have to worry about getting a spot in both respects. There are also toilets on site too!

We came away very happy and full, and also excited to come back soon to try other items on the menu! Definitely a new favourite place for breakfast and late lunch. Would highly recommend to anyone!!

The Old Orchard is the best cafe for miles around, the food is home cooked and always fantastic. The staff are also brilliant. It's always busy and I think that speaks for itself.

Fantastic local cafe and farm shop. Excellent food, nicest staff. Gets very busy and is small so ring and reserve a table to be sure of a seat. Always good, lovely atmosphere.

Finally got around to visiting..... Wish we'd done it sooner!
Gorgeous ambience, friendly, accommodating staff and delicious food. We'd heard about the vegan breakfast (other plant based options too) . It didn't disappoint. 🌿🌿😁😁

We stopped on our way to Bateman House. Beautifully presented fresh food, pleasant decòr, lovely staff. Definitely worth a visit if you are in the area.
