A lovely farm shop with a wonderful butchery. A large array of meat and poultry. Excellent quality. Love the farm shop, the staff are helpful and very friendly. I'd highly recommend you take the opportunity to visit the animals. But remember animals also need a day off too, so would be worth calling to book or confirm it's open. Only one downside, they close at 3pm most weekdays. Otherwise a delight going there.

Had a wonderful afternoon here. Staff were super friendly and took time with children to let them handle the smaller animals. Cake and hot chocolate was the perfect end to a lovely family day out. My children loved it and can’t wait to go back again.

The website does not align with expectations, and I had a very disappointing experience. When I asked to see the animals, I was told that access was restricted unless I purchased products. This policy felt unwelcoming and gave the impression that the business prioritizes profit over customer satisfaction.

While the products may be of good quality, the customer service was extremely poor. A business should focus on creating a welcoming and positive experience for its customers, but that clearly wasn’t the case here. I won’t be returning and cannot recommend this place to others.

Liked: The campsite was perfectly located in the South Downs National Park. It was great that you had lots of room in your pitch and the onsite shop was lovely. All the food we bought from there was fantastic and everyone that helped us on site was great too. The animals were very friendly too.

Disliked: Ther was only one shower each. However this wasn't a problem at all for a weekend of camping.

Liked: The owner and family were just lovely- so friendly and even though the campsite is on a working farm, they made every effort to spend time talking to us, and letting the kids pet the small animals in the playbarn (their highlight of the stay!)
We loved the onsite cafe and farm shop and the fact everything is local and family run. The campsite is one field with basic toilets and showers but this is all we needed!
Highly recommend and would definitely visit again

Disliked: Nothing!

Liked: Beautiful spot, relaxed vibes and very friendly and accommodating owners/staff. Clean toilets and dishwashing area. Lovely to be on a working farm and be able to see all the animals up close (goats, donkeys, geese, ducks, turkeys, pigs, rabbits, guinea pigs etc) and a small indoor play area. Close to Ditchling village where we got a lovely breakfast.

Disliked: The shower didn't drain well so I was quickly standing in quite a few centimetres of water. It also lost pressure in the middle of my shower. Ground was a bit lumpy in places.

Liked: This is a lovely family friendly quiet campsite. We liked the space and that there weren’t loads of tents crammed in. The facilities were clean. It was a perfect get away. My daughter especially enjoyed the animals and they all had names ?.

Lovely working farm and pleasant cafe. Brilliant place to take the kids to see the animals. Good farm shop. The staff/owners were the most friendly and helpful people we have encountered in a long time. Would recommend.
