A further delivery & planting by these guys a couple of weeks ago, we think this is the 4th! We truly cannot recommend Paul & Antonia & their team enough. I communicated with Antonia for a while before visiting the shop to choose 'our' olive tree as the tree was a gift for my partners birthday. Antonia always answered my questions with enthusiasm and knowledge. When we visited to choose our tree, we were amazed by the choice on offer from small trees to ancient ones. On delivery of our tree, Paul was helpful and took all the strain out of placing our tree exactly where we wanted it. The following day we noticed an issue with the tree, which after contacting Antonia, was rectified with good customer service and genuine approach. We intend to purchase another more substantial tree from them next year and can’t wait.

I bought a lovely olive in about 2017 from here & over a couple of house moves neglected it badly! 5 years later in 2022 I made contact through my social media asking for advice. I now have a healthy tree again! Hooray! They are so friendly & knowledgeable. Experts in their field! I love following their informative Instagram account too & one day hope to own one of the larger, grander specimens! Would always recommend. Brilliant business.

I would like to highly commend The Norfolk Olive Tree company, who today gave me help and knowledgeable advice when I reached out to them in respect of my sick olive trees.

Despite the fact that I didnt even buy my trees from them in the first place, they were willing to take the time and assist me with my issue, which I thought was very kind and gracious of them.
