My friend and I attended the cheesemaking course and absolutely loved it! For someone who has always loved eating and adding cheese to things, this was perfect. Seeing the processes and the machinery behind making it was fascinating. James' leadership, commentary and spirit was a infectious and a joy to be around, and we learned so much.

I 100% recommend this to anyone who loves cheese, food and wants to learn about the production process.

We purchased some of the Chiltern Cloud from the Ascot farmers market and had some tonight. What a great cheese so fresh and light with a great texture.
We will definitely be buying some more.
