Ordered 3 succulents from this company at 12:56 yesterday, and arrived promptly today as promised with 24 hours delivery (literally recieved them less than 24 hours after ordering!). The plants and pots are gorgeous, and were really securely packaged which I appreciated too. Great service and products, highly recommend ordering from The Little Botanical!

Long lasting and healthy plants. Great products, customer service is great. Besides having plant care guides in their website, they answer emails to provide answers about the purchase. And I got a little gift with my plants. I've been buying their plants since 2020. I recommend it!

Wonderful family run company with first class customer service
Oh my goodness, I can't express enough how wonderful this family run company is.  I bought a yucca from this lovely company in 2021 and it has flourished.  It arrived back then looking perfect, packed beautifully; it had clearly been grown with so much care.  Our little yucca has since thrived and in fact because it has grown so much, I contacted The Little Botanical a few days ago to ask for some guidance on pruning/caring for the yucca and they were so helpful.  Julie went above and beyond to help me, sending me detailed guidance on what I could do.  We love our yucca so much and have taken such good care of it and so are delighted that we can continue to do this thanks to the brilliant feedback from Julie.  This is such a wonderful company with amazing customer service with lovely people who clearly genuinely love their plants and deliver the very best quality.  If you are buying any plants for your home or for gifts, I couldn't recommend The Little Botanical more.

I’ve been buying plants from them for three years. Very healthy Zamioculcas, Aloe Succulent, Large Ficus Benjamina. A damaged Cactus was replaced promptly. And they gave me advice over email. I recommend them.

The most beautiful houseplants I have ever had. I ordered 4 plants from the Little Botanical, they arrived within 2 days. They were packaged brilliantly, no damage at all and look exactly as they do on their website. The quality of the plants and pots make them exceptional value for money.
