Booked my lawnmower for its 1st service on 02/05 no one turned up to collect i called up and received an apology so i give the benefit of the doubt so we re scheduled for the 21/05 and was assured by the lady on the phone that it would be collected and put on priority for a quick turn around and no one collected,called or anything terrible customer service waited all month for nothing ! And please don't respond with your txt book excuse that you don't know the job or theres no booking under my name to reduce the validity of this review knowing full well i Can't respond simply appalling

Had a problem with a lawnmower battery that wouldn’t charge. Liam knew what the problem was immediately. Used two wires to “jump lead” it back to life. Fully charged at home now. Great after sales service and knowledge.

I had the blades on my cylinder mower sharpened by the Lawnmower Company recently. It was £90 which I thought reasonable. They did a very good job and the machine's performance is transformed. (I should have had it done long ago). I'm too mean to pay the pickup/delivery charge (£20) so I took my machine along myself. In future, I will pay this charge; it was a bit terrifying having a 30+Kg machine shifting around in the back of my estate car despite my best efforts with the bungee cords. Finding the business was a nightmare as the postcode covers the whole estate and the location shown on Google Maps was incorrect. (Ironically, one of the pedestrians I asked for directions was also trying to find The Lawnmower Co). I pointed out both issues to them on the web feedback form and to their credit they change the Maps location and added the What3words address (my suggestion) so this gripe has been fixed. I was helped to unload and load the machine when I got there which was nice (essential really as the machine is so heavy and awkward). I was told the job would take 5 working days when I rang but this became a 1-2 weeks estimate when I dropped the machine off. In the end, the machine was ready after about 6 working days. I had to ring to see if it was ready as my lawn was desperately needing to be cut. I was surprised that it was and that I had not already been told. All in all it was not a seamless experience but I would not hesitate to recommend.

Needed my lawn mower blade sharpened, I took it off my mower, walked into the unit and had it sharpened while I waited, no more than 5 minutes - cost £15. I bought my mower from here and the customer service I received was excellent. Would highly recommend.

I was looking for a front roller for a very old hand mower. They had a root through their old spares and found exactly what I needed and charged me a very reasonable price. Very nice people and a pleasure to deal with.
