Totally awful. Filthy pub. Well overdue a refurb. Disgusting toilets. Eat ? Definitely not. Staff pleasant enough but their quiz night was diabolical. I cannot imagine why those nearby consider it to be their local and spend time in the Jolly Farmer in preference to their own homes.
Simply put…..avoid.

Decent pub food. Burger patty was delicious but the bun was far too big for it. Left with 1/3rd of the bread after eating the burger. The stilton and mushrooms were incredible. Highly recommend

Fantastic little pub accommodated 14 adults as a walk in group for full English breakfast even though they were short staffed nothing too much trouble for the man who was working will definitely visit again when in the area

I had fishchips and mushrooms Stilton melts. It was really great. Price and service were also satisfied. 2 for 14£ meals I would strongly recommend.

Went last night for tea and I tried the pasta & brocolli bake. It was tasteless and the mozzarella cheese was so chewy. I picked out what I could but not impressed with this dish. Normally everything else I have is so tasty that this was a huge disappointment! Still love the Jolly and it won't stop ne going but this dish needs tweeking!

A little dark if you don't manage to get a window seat.
Enjoyed a premium Sunday Roast with gammon, very nice if you don't mind under seasoned vegetables.

We had a family Christmas party of over 20 people this weekend at the Jolly Farmer. We all chose food from the Christmas menu & it was delicious! The staff were so friendly & ensured the service was quick. Thank you for a great night.

Visited as a party of 8 on Tuesday evening. Everyone ordered a different meal from the extensive menu. Served excellent food all at the same time and enjoyed by all. All staff very pleasant, helpful, efficient and friendly. Evening ended with a free to enter quiz.
