Thank you for providing a lovely first family car! I bought a Q2 on finance and it was the easiest car purchase I have ever experienced!

Got there on a Sunday after seeing the car Saturday night, I had been quoted finance through a broker and was happy to go ahead however they got me a deal for almost £100 cheaper a month with a more reputable finance provider!

Had an issue with the windscreen wash but after contacting the garage they immediately told me to bring the car back and they fixed it for me within an hour!

This place is honestly hands down the best garage I’ve ever dealt with.

I dealt with Westley from the start… paid the deposit and collected the Tesla within 24hrs.

When I arrived there was some water in the rear taillight. I was told if the water was still in there in a couple of days to give him a call. Within 72hrs of that call a new light arrived at my door.

3 months later.. yes, 3 months later the Tesla needed a near rear motor bush. Repairs were immediately authorised. Whilst the mechanic done the work they noticed a few more worn bushings. Again, all approved immediately.

I will forever buy my vehicles from this company. Great pricing, very well presented vehicles, picked up from the train station and great staff.

I purchased a Macan in November and highlighted that the tyres were worn to be told they were fine because they were hard wearing.After 3 months I’m now looking at buying new tyres as it’s not driving as it should and have been recommended by a Porsche specialist to replace them as they are only 3mm treads.
I’ve spoken to Hertford’s and all they offered and given me is £250 (tyres will cost approximately £1100.0).
I have already spent money on the tracking and having the service light put out and now new tyres.
All I would say is be careful as there after sales is the worst I’ve ever experienced.
