We visited the farm shop on Saturday afternoon and was pleasantly served by 2 members of staff/owners who were very helpful and attentive.
We choose a lovely piece of sirloin, which he went in the back to cut for us. There was plenty to go round and enough for a beef butty the day after!
We have to say it’s the best roast beef we’ve had/bought. Thank you, we will definitely be back next week!

Always used a proper butcher and supported local family businesses. Since finding The Green Cow everything about their meat is unsurpassed in my opinion!

For anyone who thinks a proper butchers is dearer than the supermarket, think again….. all of this for £28.27 and the texture and taste of it is mouthwatering.

I’d highly recommend them. 5*
Their open Friday, Saturday and Sundays. A nice little drive out on a Sunday for me ?

Absolutely love The Green Cow. Everything we have bought is supreme in quality and the selection of produce seems to grow with each visit.
The burgers are delicious, and the recently bought Jerk chicken breast huge and super spicy.

Wow!!
Our first visit to the shop, and we weren't disappointed.
Sausages were amazing and the joint of beef we bought for Sunday lunch was amazing, full of flavour and soooo tender, the best we have ever tasted.
We will be back for more, so lucky to have this on our doorstep.

Brilliant. I've been 4 or 5 times now. Everything I have tried has been lovely. Steak. Bacon. Lamb chops. Chicken Kiev. Beef bombs. All very good quality and very good value. Highly recommend giving them a go. Big thumbs up!

We picked up a pre order at the weekend, this was our first time ordering from the green cow after reading many excellent reviews. We were absolutely blown away at the quality and taste of everything we have tried so far (burgers, bacon, the pork sausages and the pork/apple/garlic bombs). The lady in the shop was super friendly and helpful which always makes the experience better. We will definitely be ordering again and can't wait to try the rest of the meat we bought.

Without a doubt the FINEST beef, pork and chicken meat products I have ever tasted. Above even top restaurant quality food products. I cannot recommend this place enough. Worth even a long drive to shop here or order online and have it delivered!
