We loved every part of our wedding at the Granary Barn. Carol and the team did a fantastic job of making our day feel so special. All our guests commented how lovely the venue is and having the Friday night pre-celebration was such a bonus. A weekend to remember!

We had our wedding here a few weeks ago and it was absolutely perfect.

When we first came to look around the venue, we knew that we would get married there.

Carol and John, the owners were professional and a pleasure to deal with. We booked the venue two years before our wedding day, but they never had any issues with us bringing family and friends to look around.

One of the main selling points of this venue is that it is exclusively your venue for the weekend; we arrived to set up at 1pm on the Friday and left at 12pm on the Sunday. The only people that we saw were our guests and suppliers.

Another massive positive is the accommodation. Our guests couldn’t believe the standard of the rooms that they were staying in. Absolutely brilliant.

On the day, Carol and John, and their team went above and beyond for us. They worked with our suppliers so we didn’t have to, which allowed us to enjoy our perfect day.

19th August 2023 was a date to remember for us, our Son and Daughter in law's Wedding at The Granary Barn.
It was a fantastic day, and the most beautiful and perfect venue for family and friends. Everything went perfectly on the day, and a lot of that was thanks to Carol the owner, who was a great support, leading up to the day, with advice and information for our preparations, and on the day itself with communications with our caterers, photographer etc, to help the day go as perfectly as it did. We can't thank Carol enough for her input and help. The cottages are perfect for the family to be so close and for those with children. My Son and Daughter in law got their dream and perfect photos in the cornfield, which just added to the perfect day for them. There is an area for the children to play which is also great for entertaining them before the ceremony, and other times. I would highly recommend this venue, I can not fault it in any way.

A pretty converted barn surrounded by a number of well appointed self catering bungalows creating a sheltered and safe courtyard. Perfect for gatherings of all types. Plenty of open space around for big and little kids to play. Barbecue areas. Hot tubs. What more can you ask? The owner is so helpful and on hand if needed. She also has contacts and recommendations if you need caterers, florist, a band. Couldnt recommend this place more!!

We had our wedding at The Granary in May 2022 and also booked the cottages for our guests to make a weekend of it.

First of all the barn looks beautiful and hardly needed any decoration at all. The cottages were clean, finished to a high standard, and very well equipped.

Communication with the venue before the wedding was fantastic, Carols experience in wedding planning was invaluable in helping us to properly plan the day and consider things we otherwise wouldn't have thought of!

The wedding day itself ran perfectly, the staff were so nice and helpful and incredibly well organised. We booked external caterers, a band,
photographer, etc. and the venue worked seemlessly with them all.

The venue were also really accommodating through the pandemic, allowing us to reschedule our wedding without any fuss and take a lot
of stress out of the situation.

Of course it is typical for guests to compliment the venue to the bride and groom, but all the guests were exceptionally commplimentary about the venue and the service. We are so glad that we chose The Granary for our wedding and would absolutely recommend it to anyone!
