I have tried multiple meal prep companies over the years. These meals are by far the tastiest options with the highest quality and quantity of protein per meal. I highly recommend to anybody who lacks time to cook, during their day, or those who simply struggle to make tasty meals that have a good macronutrient balance.

Customer service got back to me as well as one of the managers with apologies and offered to make things right.
They explained that my emails had been going to spam and they had not been checked as they should have.
They have done their very best to help rectify the issues and so I update my review to 4/5.

Great tasting food, but poor cooking instructions & don't expect them to respond to you if you contact them with an issue.
Received my first order on 01/09/24, box was left on doorstep and was open. Looks like it was not sealed properly. Was not tampered with after delivery as camera covers the doorstep.
Concerning considering the items are for consumption.

E-Mailed them on 01/09/24 about this as well as the cooking instructions, as they just say 2-4 minutes for every meal. Nothing else about piercing the lid, removing any pots inside... Nothing mentioned online or in FAQ that I could find.

As of 10/09/2024, no response. Chased again today.

You'd expect decent customer service for the price compared to other food prep services out there.

I currently use The Good Prep 4 days a week. As a Personal Trainer this has been a game changer. The reason I like it is you choose a meal plan based on a target daily calorie range plus your choice of meals. They do all the shopping, meal prep, cooking, tidying up and it’s delivered directly to your door. Honestly saves so many hours every week not having to think about what to have, go get ingredients or order online, to cook the food or clean up.
Highly recommend.

Just been to The Good Prep, I was met by Ben and the team. I got two bags from the Too Good To Go app. I’ve wanted to try The Good Prep for ages, as soon as I walked in you could see this was an incredibly professional operation. Beautifully clean, super friendly staff and when presented with the food I was over the moon. As someone looking for great tasting food that I can take on jobs with me without being tempted by meal deals!!

I’m a busy strength and conditioning coach and Good Prep meals have been nothing sort of lifesavers. They taste amazing and have very generous portion sizes to make sure you don’t go hungry. Honestly, they are game changers in my day to day life. They make working, living my lifestyle, and eating healthy very easy to do.

Delicious and so convenient! The meals really feel home-cooked like they haven't been prepared by a machine in a factory. It's kind of like your mum dropping off meals every week, apart from your mum is a chef and she's counted all the macros for you.

I often don't have time to cook, particularly at lunch, so it's a god-send to have something nutritious ready to go in my fridge. Great service all round and bonus points for the eco-friendly packaging!

As a mum of a newborn baby trying to get back into the swing of exercising, The Good Prep has been an absolute lifesaver! Knowing I have ready meals that are not only delicious but also nutritionally balanced has taken such a weight off my mind. The portions are generous—much bigger than they appear on the website—and I’m always pleasantly surprised by how fresh everything stays, even towards the end of the meal plan.

Special shoutout to the Peanut Butter Chicken—it's outstanding! And don’t even get me started on the tiramisu... Oh my God, it’s so good! The Good Prep has made this busy season of life so much easier, and I can’t recommend them enough.
