This is a great garden centre in Enfield (North London). To get in, you have to join their annual membership which is £5 for the first year then £2.50 annually there after.

They have a large selection of plants in different areas of the garden centre. My personal view is that their plants are bigger/more mature than most garden centres and the price is very good for the size of plants. They have a large collection of tree ferns at approx £65 per foot. They are very healthy. I liked them so much that I bought 2. They also have a large collection of ferns, grasses…… Actually, they have a large collection of most things. Very comprehensive.

This is a wonderful garden centre that you can easily spend half a day there. They have a nice coffee shop for when you get tired. The only downside with this place is that because they have so many nice plants, you end up spending a lot of money and not being able to fit it in the car. Fortunately they offer a deliver service at a reasonable price. I bought my tree ferns on a Saturday and it was delivered on the Tuesday.

This is an amazing place. Highly recommended.

Guests are welcomed with friendly service upon arrival at this establishment, creating a hospitable atmosphere from the outset. It’s important to note that purchasing plants requires a membership, ensuring exclusivity and quality for interested patrons. Beyond plants, visitors have the opportunity to acquire a variety of garden ornaments, solar lights, and composts, catering to diverse gardening needs and preferences. With its focus on enhancing outdoor spaces, this venue offers a unique experience for plant enthusiasts and gardening aficionados alike.

Beautiful, good quality plants with a wide variety for all garden dreams. However, the place is let down by its extremely poor customer service. The receptionist was extremely rude greeting me and my two aunties with a patronising unhelpful and frankly completely unacceptable attitude. The centre requires a membership, £2.50 renewal for one year and £5 for two. My aunt wished to pay for the two years but had misplaced her card. Despite finding her in the system the receptionist not only attempted to coerce her to pay extra for a replacement card that she did not need but also went as far as to mock her as she was trying to clarify with comments such as ‘that’s what i just said’ and ‘what do you care you only come once a year’. The entire exchange was extremely unpleasant and ruined our experience. If that wasn’t enough when asking another member of staff for some information about whether the plants they were reducing were lily’s she proceeded to claim she didn’t speak english. Shocking considering we’d heard her speaking almost fluently to her colleague moments prior.

This place is huge and sells many different plants but from one visit to the next there isn’t much variety. Plants look good and a lot of gardeners get their supplies here which says a lot. You have to pay £5 a year to be a member. There is a nice cafe which is reasonable in price too.

Awful experience
After today’s experience, with regret to say I won't recommend anyone to go there especially if you are not local. We picked 5 trays (6 plants)of 5 different colours of osteospermum which was reduced to £5 per tray but because it's for me and my sister, instead of keeping same colour in one tray (as nothing written on that trolley)we mixed them up. On the till we heard the operator saying to the previous customer that it’s £5 per tray if it's the same colour so we again put them in same colour in each tray but she said it £10 per tray as we put them in the same colour. And we tried to explain her why we did that, instead of understanding us ,she just stuck with £10 only and refused to serve us as “WE WERE ARGUING WITH HER”. Also they have let other customer went through with the mixed colour of the trays but previous customer has only 2 trays of that whom they stopped and done same with us. Previous customer said “keep your business with you” and we did same. Unfortunately, we left £200-300 worth of plant over there and decided not to go there and give that business to the local growers as this club doesn't have a manager on duty and the supervisor doesn't know how to keep the customer satisfied. Instead of being right, they refuse to serve us that's totally very humiliating and not acceptable at all. Sadly after spending 5-6 hours we come home without single plant just because supervisor doesn't have any logic and don't know how to give customer satisfaction and do the business in the absence of a manager.

Massive garden centre with huge selection. Great prices. Have been several times for plants and will continue to visit.

You have to become a member for £5 before you can buy anything. Membership lasts a year. It's well worth it.

The whole place is under glass so I warn that it does he very hot. Especially during the recent heatwave. However I have noticed the plants are very well looked after, do not show the signs of being affected by the heat (unlike me) and are watered well.

Great quality plants and at a fraction of the cost of other garden centres. Perennials were £1.50 here. The same plants in the same pots with the same labels were ££4.50 at Dutch Nurseries.

They generally respond to questions on social media about what’s in stock as the website doesn’t show.

Well worth the £5 a year membership. You will save this on the first visit.

Great valve for money and a great selection of plants. Worth the trip to buy everything you may need for the new season ahead.

Just a shame the coffee shop has shut down and I can't enjoy a snack like I used to do, in between choosing plants plants and more plants.
