The most beautiful and inspiring home! I stayed here for a long weekend and the house was perfect in every way. Nestled in the most immaculate grounds where there is nothing but the sounds of nature. The house had everything we needed and was very clean. I wish we could’ve stayed longer! Absolutely in awe of this wonderfully perfect farmhouse.

Polehanger Farmhouse offered the perfect location to facilitate a well-being day for our female founder clients. There was great communication from the Polehanger team, ensuring the seamless running of the day from start to finish. Our needs were accommodated in every possible way, from the plentiful parking to the positioning of furniture. The beautiful setting included direct access to countryside walks comprising of fields, river and woodland. The house was impeccably presented and came with a fully equipped farmhouse kitchen warmed by its very own Aga. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We recently stayed at the Farmhouse for a friend’s 40th birthday celebration. The place is incredible. We didn’t leave all weekend and spent most of it in the gorgeous, perfectly maintained garden. The house itself is so comfortable and had everything we needed, with a real home from home feel. As a group we’ve stayed in a few places around the UK but all agreed this was our favourite, we hope to be back. Thank you Charlotte and Andrew for all your help in making sure we had a wonderful stay.

Ten of us spent two days at the Farmhouse as part of a wedding party and were delighted with our stay. The accommodation is spacious, well furnished and very clean with an interesing layout. The kitchens are well equipped with plenty of china and glassware. Lovely weather enabled us to fully enjoy the beautiful and extremely well maintained gardens. Very much recommended.

A beautiful house in a beautiful setting. Hosts were super helpful and responsive. Everything we could possibly need was provided and both the outdoor and indoor spaces were outstanding. We had an amazing weekend here with friends and would 100% recommend.

What a great place. Charlotte was wonderful at contacting us before we arrived and was reachable during and after our stay.

It was lovely arriving in a warm, clean house with comfy beds made and lots of bits to make our stay relaxing and enjoyable (logs for the fire, tea, coffee, sugar that sort of thing)

The house itself is fantastic, we were 8 adults and 2 children and it fit us all with lots of room to spare.

The gardens are well kept and the tennis court is a great facility (and was well used by our group). The nearest house is c.200m away so we were not overlooked or crowded at all.

We visited the Farmhouse at Polehanger for a 70th birthday weekend. With so many different age groups it had plenty to entertain us all. The children played on the tennis courts all day and used the fire pit at night to roast marshmallows! There was plenty of room for us all and the dining room was a great place for us to have our birthday meal. Thank you to Andrew and Charlotte for being great hosts. I would definitely recommend staying here and we all can’t wait to return.
