I am very disappointed with the service. My daughters class was sent home from school to isolate. I had paid for 3 schools meals for the week totalling £7.20, we received a refund for one meal but have today been advise that we are not going to receive the further 2 meals refunded as there was not enough notice given. We have not been offered to have the meals credited to use at another time in the school term nor were we given the option last week to pick up a packed lunch which is what has happened on numerous times when my child attended a different school before moving to her current one. We will not be ordering again now knowing that there is no consideration for unforeseen circumstances.

Doesn't cater for allergies. As a parent it's frustrating that places still don't cater for different dietary requirements, children should be able to get a safe, nutritious meal at school especially as they are funded by the government in key stage one. Also disappointed with the food boxes delivered during lockdown, the fresh stuff wouldn't last 2days and very repetative like school meals. Again only dairy delivered and no alternative offered. The teachers delivering them would apologise as they too thought they were not good enough and the head teacher opted for food vouchers instead. The pack ups they do are bland and not filling. I'd always have to send in extra food for my 6/7 year old. Luckily my son has out grown his dairy intolerance and able to eat more of the menu but still think as a company they could do better. This isn't taking away from all the hard work the kitchen staff put into making the meals, this is an issue further up the line that needs looking into

Excellent quality food and great customer service. I have always received prompt replies to any queries and I have found the staff to be extremely helpful. My son has greatly enjoyed the school visits too, especially tasting the green smoothie!

Extremely poor customer service. Emailed with no answer. Phoned again no answer - yet the answer machine message clearly states you check emails daily - - well I beg to differ. How are parents meant to be able to order during the summer holidays when they can't access an account you have set up! Can't even add my 2nd daughter to my current account as it doesn't recognise her class.
