Toni's Eat Well course exceeded all my expectations. I was expecting to learn some healthy recipes, but the course is so much more than that. Her food knowledge combined with her scientific understanding and ability to communicate the 'reasoning' is incredible. Toni challenges you and empowers you to implement the changes each individual needs to make whether in regards to food, exercise, sleep, routines or habits.

I have been lucky enough to have undertaken the Eat Well for Life online course that Toni offers. It provided me a foundation as well as first steps to a healthier outlook towards my overall wellbeing. Toni covered various areas including nutrition, mindfulness, mindset and exercise and gave us recipes to try along and the odd challenge. The ongoing support is great through Eat Well Always, with a weekly drop in session and a sharing of ideas, recipes and experiences with other Eat Well graduates through a closed FB group.
