For a taste of South Africa in the Lake District, look no further than The Cumbrian Boerewors Company! Dawid makes incredible boerewors - we recently bought some and it was absolutely delicious - an excellent blend of beef, pork, and spices! My family came over from South Africa a few years ago and we're always searching for good boerewors. So glad we discovered The Cumbrian Boerewors Company in Kendal! We have purchased lots of sausages from the Boerewors sausage company and every single time the quality is first class. The flavours are absolutely beautiful. Both my boys who are fussy eaters absolutely love them which also has the added benefit as the sausages have a much higher protein content and way less fat than English sausages. They are healthy and taste amazing. If you haven’t already order some of these ASAP!
