This shop is magic. Best pies in all of scotland. I should know as I've worked injust about town and city in Scotland as a shop fitter. Pies are my staple. This is definitely the best I've had by miles.

Myself and friends spent few hours on the Isle of Cumbrae. We visited the Cumbrae butcher and bought a Steak and black pudding pie, a Pakora pasty and a meat and vegetable pasty. All 3 were absolutely superb, I cannot recommend enough. Beautiful.

Visited Millport on Good Friday and bought a few steak and Gravy pies from the Cumbrae Butchers,best Pie I've tasted my wife had a Scotch Pie and she was delighted fully loaded and fresh filling will definitely be back when I visit Millport again,highly recommend well done guys 👍🏆Gerry Glasgow.

I visited the shop today Friday the 1st of November. What can I say had two pies, flaky pastries, moist pie with just the right amount of spice the BEST pie yet well done folks I liked them that much I'm trying to get a job there 5*

Terrific service from the staff today. A saddle bag of wonderful goodies to sample over the weekend. Looking forward to my rib eye steak tonight and breakfast goods on the morrow. Had to blow up the bike tyres to get me back to the campervan.🙂🚴💨👍

We were in Millport last week and popped into the butchers and bought a few things we had the meatballs tonight they were superb best meatballs we've ever had. Can't wait to return to buy more. Therefore, recommend people try them delish ☺️. Still to try the pepper burgers and chicken and ham pie.

My husband and I drove through Millport and stopped at the Cumbrae Butcher and it absolutely made our holiday! The owner was amazing, so knowledgeable, and had a great selection! Further to that, we got:
-black pudding and steak pie
-haggis and chicken pie
-scotch pie
-black pudding
-marinated pork belly

And every single item we got was amazing. We are certain it was the best black pudding we have ever had and we will drive the distance to get more pies!!!

Also, we never had pork belly before, the owner, Kevin, told us how to cook them and they were perfection!

Highly recommend!!!
