Just came back from the kombucha workshop in the morning and the sauerkraut and kimchi workshop in the afternoon.

Can highly recommend both workshops. Arthur and Maddy are very friendly and knowledgeable and want to pass their experience on. The workshops are informal and really well balanced with information and practical.
Best thing is you get to take your makes home with you to care for and buy some amazing produce from crafty pickle to tide you over until it’s done.

I went alone and the people attending were so friendly. Really lovely day.

Lovely morning creating kimchi and sauerkraut. Our hosts, Arthur and Madi, are passionate about what they do and gave us lots of interesting information about fermenting. We got to try their products, and they helped us to make our own. This was a fun and enjoyable way to learn these technics. I now need to sign up for their Kombucha course! Highly recommend x

Attended a kraut and kimchi course with a friend. We were both curious to know more as love veggies and hate waste. The presentation of the course was perfect! Madi and Arthur pitched it just right - lots of useful info and opportunities to make our own. Everything you need is provided and opportunities to purchase their own products, but deffo no hard selling! I’m enjoying caring for my tasty treats now I’m home. We were told before leaving that we could contact them if we you have any worries or questions. Perfect!

Thoroughly enjoyed our experience learning to make kombucha! Left with some super healthy products which I feel will become staples in our household. These two have made a lovely little business created from their personal desire and drive to bring us truly healthy products made honestly and healthfully for all; Including Mother Earth. Massively interesting even if you have some experience. Madi and Arthur have an infectious enthusiasm for fermenting and also seem ready to experiment with recipes thereby creating endless diversity. An excellent experience!

We had a fabulous afternoon with Madi and Arthur making wild kimchi and Soda which we had foraged ourselves earlier with the fabulous Chloe.
They are both so knowledgeable and passionate about what they do and their set- up is very professional. We were able to taste their entire range of kimchi and sodas, just delicious.
We thoroughly recommend their courses, with their expert guidance, making kimchi is easier than you you think.
We are looking forward to future courses.
