Lovely hampers, I have received x2 of these as presents now and have not been disappointed.
Great consistency.
Very tasty and good quality.

I ordered a hamper for Mother’s Day and it never arrived. The website said to order delivery for a day earlier to guarantee delivery on time but my Mum never received it.

They offered to resend it but by this point it was too late. When I tried to better understand what had gone wrong they consistently ignored my emails.

Really disappointing and would never use them again.

Very disappointing service, order for father's day was dispatched the day it should have been delivered then was told it would be OK to eat, even though it had been in transport for 3 days and should be only 24 hours! They did replace it and sent a new one but definitely won't be using again!

Ordered a pasty & cream tea hamper for Father’s Day. Delivered on time, but no clotted cream in the hamper. You can’t have a cream tea without clotted cream. Voicemail left and email sent, no reply. Very disappointed, will not be using again.

Shocking. Please avoid. Ordered a hamper to be delivered Friday for Father’s Day. Wasn’t actually sent until the Friday and then it sat at the sorting office from Saturday until Monday when they delivered and it was left on my doorstep. The whole thing is completely inedible and a waste of time and money. They didn’t even attempt to get it here in time for Father’s Day. AVOID

Ordered on 25th for a Mother’s Day gift with chosen delivery date of 29th March. Unfortunately never received the item or any communication from the company regarding the delayed parcel. Basically 2 weeks later and still nothing delivered, finally been offered a refund for a “lost parcel”.
