This is a busy, little, local store, that suffers from its own success, location and size. I am a disabled pensioner and the staff here are always ready to assist me...even to the point of carrying my shopping out to my car.

I agree with another reviewer, that the queues are quite seriously, long and slow, but unless the owners, reconfigure the shop and sacrifice point of sale, space...it is likely to remain a troublesome and time consuming process to actually get through.

At the end of the day, it's a local store, offering decent choices...especially in the wine department. Worth supporting.

UPDATE: I have tried calling this store for product information, but after 16 attempts in 3 days...I have decided to throw in the towel. It seems that the time consuming, queuing up for payments...are NOT caused by overstretched staff, answering the phone!!!

Disappointed that can never pay my bills with my cards since new till system has been installed, have to go to another shop now been using my local co op for over 20 years the shop needs to be sorted out.
Always out of stock of many every day items sad at the loss of a nice community shop.
Staff are always pushed to the limits with large ques going right around the shop and customer s just giving up and walking out without their shopping.
Tills badly set up to shop and pack with no room for privacy sorry co op you are so behind Wickham and Warsash for choice and service.

Always short on stock not enough variety heaven forbid they will step up to the mark, while Sainsbury's do refit. On a good note staff are wonderful
