Many thanks to The Computer People and Ben who repaired my PC which was stuck in a loop trying to revert from W11 back to W10.
Ben collected my PC and repaired it very quickly and returned it back to me with no loss of data.
The charge was very reasonable.
I have no reservations recommending this company for your PC repairs.

Simply brilliant can't thank them enough, for a tower which was on equal terms with a lawnmower with its gpu fan, tha is to the computer people it's like new runs smother and quieter then before, will be back should something go out of hand many thanks

I used The Computer People in New Romney today. I urgently needed some documents printed from my phone for a job I was volunteering for.
I was instantly made welcome. I was able to share my documents in a safe environment and received the copies I requested instantly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company with your phone, pc or laptop, especially in an emergency. Parking is available in a car park next door, and the company is conveniently located in the centre of New Romney.

The Computer People have been assisting us for many years and we had been deliberating for a while about taking out a support contract with them before eventually doing so.  We are so glad we did.  Having spent a lot of time working on a project, the design was accidentally overwritten and the only copies we could find online were over a week old.  Whilst we could have done the work again, The Computer People were able to restore the correct version of the file from the Microsoft 365 backups that they had put in place.  Thank you!

I was having a nightmare trying to download over 8,000 photos from my BT Cloud account. It’s shutting down if you weren’t aware. Dave even took the time to contact BT with my permission and managed to do it, not an easy task but done with good humour, mine had failed long ago, and all with care as many of the photos are irreplaceable. Many thanks to all at the Computer People for a great job.

Within an hour, Alison was able to resolve an issue with my server set-up that my current server hosts have been unable to resolve over months... I am so pleased and impressed with The Computer People's service and I shall be moving the whole of my firm's IT across to them as soon as my current contract ends. I went to see Alison upon the recommendation of a friend, and I would not hesitate to recommend them further myself. Excellent service, by people who speak in language I understand!
