Excellent service! I was very specific in what I asked for with the scale patterns on the mini carp I ordered and they’d selected out exactly what I wanted. All the fish arrived in perfect condition and clearly had minimal stress in transport. The total opposite to my experience of buying from other places were fish have arrived dead or have white spot and internal parasites. Would definitely recommend the carp co and will use again👍

Well my fourth order and couldn't say any bad words about this company, the quality of the fish is phenomenal. This company has done nothing but beaten my expectations every time. When ordering two fish of recent for my partner as a gift I described what I believed her desire and they really give a great surprise with the two amazing fish we received she was chuffed to bits. Superb fish buying experience!
The initial ordering in the website was the best I found.
Then the communications for delivery were really prompt and helpful. Came bang on time!
Every fish looked super healthy and some great colours. 4 weeks in and still super healthy!!!
SO pleased I chose these guys and would recommend them to anyone!

Shocked in a good way, beautiful fish was worried about having fish delivered but arrived safe courier service they use are extremely professional , one of best things is they don't use royalmail use DX who are brilliant.
anyway i bought 16 koi all arrived safe and were incredibly friendly never hid in pond at all there very happy to come greet my english bull terrier from day 2. my dog drinks water from pond fish come give her kisses pretty funny, i ordered 2 black koi and one its a absolute tank its as fat as long really impressive juvenile that most would have grown up rather than sell small.

just really impressed with health and quality and after 10 days all doing well

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
Bought Shubunkins and Sarasa Comets from here after being out of the fish world for some time i was appalled with the fish delivered and then the customer service i received when i complained. I choose these fish for there long flowing tails and although it stated on the website that some may have short tails i gave them a try. All eleven fish sent had short tails and stubby goldfish like bodies, not what i wanted at all. Customer service were only concerned with the size and quantity no care for anything else and i was told as i ordered them on line i had to have what was sent. These fish are in fact coloured goldfish when i paid for Shubumkins and Sarasa Comets and only barely made the lower size including their stubby tails Will never use this company again and will look elsewhere to fill my pond Why this company now wants photos to back up what i say im at a loss as they told me they took photos of these fish before being sent out?

Highly recommend buying large or standard sized koi fish from the Carp Co. Very happy with the purchase and quality of fish. I bought 1 large Showa 46cm, 1 Beni Kumonryu 34cm and four 20 - 25 cm standard kois. All good quality and fun to watch!
