Have suddenly stopped delivering to us. Not the first time we've had a no show and never get a warning so we can be waiting until well past lunchtime before we know they're definitely not coming. Impossible to get through to them on the phone. Have left messages with a contact number but no response. Anytime we do get through about a no show all we get is "Nothing we can do and we'll make sure to credit your account". Disappointed customer trying their best to reduce plastic use here who is faced with having to go back to polluting the ocean rather than risk the roulette of milk or no milk today!

They accept debit cards and credit cards via their site. They also sell gold top. Which is the level above full fat. Full fat plus
Edit I have not been able to pay for 6 days due to their site being down. Extraordinary incompetence. 5 stars down to 2 stars.

Great company for delivery service if you don’t know what’s what behind the scenes. Management are extremely rude tho! To staff and customers, can 100% see they have there favourites and seem to victimise the non favourite people. Maybe they should Work on the ‘all treated equally’ part rather than treating the ‘non favourites’ like mud!

Delivery is very reliable but paying this company is a pain. They used to accept card payments for a while. Now they have stopped and I do not use cheques unless I have to, I do not put cash out overnight, that is just plain too risky. They charge enough for the milk, they can surely accept debit cards?

Staff changes to the delivery team has resulted in regular mix ups with deliveries more often than not meaning, milk, bread and yogurts not being left (there's a clue about "milk" delivery in the job title). The final straw was the Xmas order was not delivered today. This resulted in me cancelling the delivery, not even an apology from Josh at that dairy.

Never had such brilliant service .Mick my delivery person is a true gent .and the staff are just as good .wish more of you would use them. And do a bit to save the planet .as yes the milk comes in bottles

No need to be short to callers because you don't want new business. Just say so on the website instead of advertising for it.
