We’ve had Paul supply us with burgers and sausages for family bbqs and also here at The Apple Barn for the Hog roaster at our annual Wassail. Can’t recommend this guy highly enough. Excellent cuts of meat from steaks to joints. Legs of lamb to pork joints which roast to perfection if you want crackling on there too.
And if youve got time to wait for a steak sandwich …. You’re not gonna be disappointed they’re awesome.

Stopped off here this morning, had a sausage, egg and bacon bap. This was the most amazing bap, I’ve ever eaten, made fresh in front of you and amazing customer service. Definitely would recommend if you’re in the area!

We love The Butchers. Paul and his team are so friendly and helpful and the meat is delicious. Plus you can purchase hot and cold drinks, delicious pies, sausage rolls, hot sandwiches and rolls as well as cakes and other snacks.

The Meats sold here are truly extraordinary! Not being a local to the area, I do try whenever I’m working in Hale to make it a duty to pop in and get some steaks! Hands down without a doubt the best quality steaks I’ve ever done at home. All round great service and even better food!

Fantastic quality meat and great advice on how to cook it, recipes etc. Paul and his team are always friendly and helpful. You can definitely taste the difference with the quality, highly recommend the home made pork and black pudding sausages!
