A rotten, shambling, mass produced excuse for a black pudding that tastes nothing like true Bury BP.

Sadly they seem to have the monopoly on it in supermarkets but it really is rotten stuff.

Bland and tasteless with the texture of an ice hockey puck.

I've just tried the Vegetarian Black Pudding and I'm amazed by how good it is! My husband and I are meat eaters but we incorporate veggie/vegan food too, honestly if we didn't know this was vegetarian before we had it, we wouldn't have known the difference, it's that good. One of the most convincing veggie alternatives I've ever had! ?

Lol Gluten free black pudding Absolutely disgusting The same texture as dried toothpaste without the Minty taste Very dry Clacky in your mouth Sorry guys No wonder the shelf was full of it And I do really love black pudding ever since I was about 4 years old

Tried the Bury Vegetarian black pudding and loved it. Kinda like a black bean and spicy oatcake cross. Light and crumbly warmth from the pepper good earthy flavour. Would recommend

My go to black pudding tbh. Best I've found and also doesn't fall apart when defrosted (Rare occurrence as usual eaten). Great price, Low fat, Versatile (Omelettes, Salads, Breakfast, In COBS ((no other words, It's a COB, end of)), Sprinkled on pasta). Tastes fantastic. Recommended.
