Absolutely love their produce. We ordered some smoked trout for Christmas which was delicious and went down very well with our guests. Also worth trying the herbs - particular shout out for the bay leaves! Prompt delivery too, will definitely be ordering again

We've bought a few times now from The Burnt Hill Herb Company. The taste and texture of the smoked trout is the best we've ever had - the smoke is delicate and enhances the flavour of the fish without taking over. The smoked salt is also fabulous and adds depth to recipes. We would highly recommend!

The Burnt Hill Herb Company produces the most delicious and ethically-produced, totally organic smoked trout! Using a recirculation process, the trout grow alongside herbs, salads, vegetables and tomatoes, all of which are amazing too! This family business is outstanding in every way. These are the farmers of the future….and I’m so lucky to live nearby.
