We’re so happy with our new bathroom, and a huge thank you goes to Jemma at Bathworks for helping bring our vision to life. From the start, she guided us through the entire process—helping us find just the right pieces to create the look we wanted, while staying within our budget. Nothing was too much trouble, and everything was delivered on time as promised. Jemma’s product knowledge and eye for detail made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. I can thoroughly recommend The Bath Works. A professional and friendy company who offer a fantastic service from start to finish. The choice of products is outstanding ranging from British makes through to high Italian end products. The staff are extremely friendly, very helpful and the service they provide to assist you with making the right decisions choosing bathroom layouts to products is of the highest standard. A particular thank you to Jemma (who I mainly dealt with) who was fantastic and couldn't do enough to help us throughout the whole process.

I can totally recommend this company. The staff, particularly Dani are unbelievably helpful, friendly, flexible and easy to work with. We ordered 3 bathrooms and a number of radiators with Dani in New Milton. We were so impressed with her ability to get the look we wanted within the budget that we had. She was so flexible and nothing was ever too much trouble, even when we changed our minds on numerous occasions. We are so pleased with the bathrooms.

Went to the New Milton bath work on our round’s looking for a 1100*800 shower tray & enclosure which turns out is an odd size.
Rien Rahman at the store was very helpful she scoured their extensive range of catalogs for us and found exactly what we were looking for. Thank you Rien.
