A lovely cafe! We walked in absolutely soaked from hiking in the Dales. Not a problem for the friendly staff. We then ordered coronation chicken rolls and flat white which were well priced and very good. However the carrot cake we had was EPIC! Thoroughly recommend stopping in!

BEST brownie ever! Hiking through the area and rain hit. Stopped at Bake-Well for warm drink & snack. Others got scones, cake. But I was dreaming about this Brownie even days later. Nice stop over if biking, hiking or driving through. Highly recommend. Tip: public restroom up the street.

If you are in town and looking for a great breakfast and selection, look no further! Great tea, scones, the lemon drizzle was fantastic, the butcher's role was phenomenal (great sausages) and the staff was very sweet. If I ever go to the Dales again, I will be a repeat customer!
