Adam has now been catering our annual Cornwall trip for three years. He never disappoints - we always ask for the exact same thing because it's so DAMN GOOD.

As well as all the delicious food, Adam brings efficiency and all the vibes. A perfect, not-so-stuffy way to have food made for you for an occasion.

The Aussie Smoker catered for a recent client event of ours and everyone around the table was blown away by the quality of the food. Pit Master Adam has an infectious love for his service which left everyone buzzin’ with enthusiasm as we dug into beautiful ribs, slaws and salads. Very easy to deal with behind the scenes too - we’d highly recommend for any special occasion

Can’t recommend these guys enough. We were at Porthcurnick Beach and noticed that they were doing a Sunday Session at The Vine. I had ribs from their Ponsanooth HQ a couple of years back and told my wife that she had to try their food so booked a table. The guys were very welcoming and immediately pointed us towards the menu. There was a choice of either pulled pork or chicken thighs in a roll with either gooey cheese or smoked sausage in it served with seasoned fries. We ordered one of everything including the tasty slaw and sauces. It’s no exaggeration to say these were the tastiest sandwiches and fries we’ve ever eaten. We was going to share our food with our little boy but the guys insisted on doing a portion of plain fries on the house for him which we were very grateful for. We’ll be making sure we keep an eye out for other appearances or we’ll take a trip to their food van in Penryn very soon!

Without a doubt the best steak sandwich I’ve ever had. And the chips with the secret seasoning have never ever disappointed. If food cooked by the Aussie smoker team was to be my last meal I would be a happy man. Everything from the bun to the chips is sheer perfection. Can’t recommend enough to be fair.

Absolutely delicious. Adam was on holiday the day of our wedding so we weren't able to have him there, but that didnt stop him from smashing out the best smoked pulled pork for the wedding. He went out of his way to make sure we had everything set up and was ready to go for the day. For weeks after I still have people mentioning how great the pork was.

10's across the board for service, communication, freindliness, food, tatse just everything. Highly recommend.

Oh my goodness, I don’t even know where to start with Adam, what a top dude. He’s been so accommodating to us in the most difficult of circumstances, absolutely going above and beyond with his food and him as a person. If you are looking for someone to cater your wedding or a special occasion, or just if you want some bangin’ food, this guy is the one to choose. We had the best evening with the most delicious food. I’m still dreaming of those mushrooms. Such a beautiful day that will stay with me forever, what more could you ask for than some of the best food you can eat surrounded by loved ones. I had a little cry this morning feeling so grateful for a beautiful night. Adam is a ray of sunshine and we will be asking him back for an even bigger and better extravaganza next time! Thanks Adam, you rock 🤘

Let me start by saying Adam, the owner of Aussie Smoker, is an absolute legend! He catered our pre-wedding BBQ and not only was the food incredible (seriously, the pulled pork was life-changing!), but his infectious personality and genuine care made the entire experience top-notch.

From the very beginning, Adam was a joy to work with. His pre-event phone calls weren't just about logistics; they were a chance to chat and get to know us. He put all our worries at ease and assured us everything would be perfect (and it absolutely was!).

On the day of the BBQ, Adam arrived with big smiles. He set everything up seamlessly and kept the delicious BBQ smoke rolling all afternoon. Our guests couldn't get enough of the food - it was a true crowd-pleaser.

But what truly sets Aussie Smoker apart is Adam himself. His passion for his craft and his genuine warmth make him a pleasure to deal with. He created a fun and relaxed atmosphere for our pre-wedding celebration, and we (and our full bellies!) are so grateful.
